Privacy Policy
Listing Launchpad helps real estate professionals submit and market listings, organize contacts, and respond to buyer inquiries. This policy explains the information the service may collect and how it is used.
Information we collect
Information may include account and profile details, brokerage information, listing and marketing information, CRM contacts you choose to store, buyer inquiry information, and basic technical information needed to operate and secure the service.
How information is used
Information is used to provide Listing Launchpad features, connect inquiries with the appropriate property and real estate professional, support account access, create marketing materials, maintain records, prevent abuse, and improve the service.
Buyer inquiries
When a buyer submits an inquiry, the contact information and answers they provide may be shared with the real estate and mortgage professionals involved with that property so the inquiry can be answered and, when appropriate, financing or showing options can be discussed.
Service providers
Listing Launchpad may use third-party technology providers for hosting, authentication, property data, storage, analytics, and related operational services. These providers process information only as needed to provide their services.
SMS notifications and consent
We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
If you choose text notifications, we store your mobile number, account identifier, consent wording and version, signup source, timestamps, and subscription changes to maintain a record of your choice. Saving a phone number elsewhere in your account does not enroll you in SMS notifications.
Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. SMS opt-in data and consent will not be sold, rented, or shared with other agents or lenders for their messaging. Messaging service providers may process this information only to deliver and support the Listing Launchpad text service.
You can manage or withdraw consent at Text notification preferences. When texting is active, reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for assistance. Consent records may be retained to document and honor your choice.
Lender business portals and billing
Publishing a lender business portal makes its selected business details, NMLS information, headshot, and company logo public. Unpublished portal drafts and contact records are restricted to the signed-in business account and authorized platform administration. Inquiries submitted on a lender’s portal are saved to that lender’s contact inbox for responding to the inquiry; this does not enroll the visitor in marketing texts.
When paid subscriptions are enabled, Stripe processes payment details through its hosted checkout and billing portal. Launchpad stores provider customer and subscription identifiers, the selected plan, subscription status, and trial dates and eligibility. Lending-state declarations, service areas, requested MLS names, and partner brokerage details submitted for market setup are private to the lender and platform owner. Full payment card details are not stored by Launchpad.
Your choices
Do not submit information you do not have authority to provide. Buyers may choose not to submit an inquiry. Account users may update profile information and may request help regarding information associated with their account.
Security and retention
Reasonable administrative and technical safeguards are used to protect information. No online system can guarantee absolute security. Information may be retained as needed to operate the service, maintain records, comply with applicable requirements, and resolve disputes.
